专利说明:

The invention relates to a mobile protective wall with a frame which has a stationary frame, and with a first, in particular ballistic, protective plate, which is fastened to the frame and conceals the stationary frame at the front.
From the prior art (DE 202016 007043 U1) a temporarily usable mobile protective wall is known, which has a ballistic protective plate on a frame with a stationary frame. Although such protective walls can have a low tendency to splintering due to the design, since the stationary frame is concealed on the front side by the protective plate, and thus exclusively the ballistic protective plate is exposed to ballistic stresses. However, such mobile protective walls on an increased size, which adversely affects their handling.
The invention is therefore based on the task to minimize a mobile protective wall of the type mentioned in their size or constructively improve, so that they can withstand high stresses nevertheless.
The invention achieves the stated object in that the mobile protective wall has a second, in particular ballistic, protective plate, a first vertical straight guide and moving means, wherein the first linear guide movably supports the second protective plate provided between the first protective plate and the stationary frame on the stationary frame, wherein the Movement means are designed such that they move the second protection plate from a front side of the first protection plate hidden rest position in one of the first protection plate protruding, but still overlapping with this first protection plate securing position vertically.
If the mobile protective wall has a second, in particular ballistic, protective plate, a first vertical straight guide and moving means, wherein the first linear guide movably supports the second protective plate provided between the first protective plate and the stationary frame on the stationary frame, then a protective wall can be used with respect to the prior art Technology significantly smaller size can be provided. Nevertheless, however, the protective wall can withstand high mechanical loads, since the second protective plate is provided with the weight force between the first protective plate and the stationary frame. Moreover, if the movement means are designed to vertically move the second protective plate from a rest position concealed on the front side by the first protective plate into a securing position overlapping the first protective plate but nevertheless overlapping with this first protective plate, then, among others, the Safety of the protective wall can be increased. It is also possible according to the invention to provide a protective wall which withstands higher, in particular ballistic, loads, not least because the overlapping protective walls can mutually support themselves with forces acting horizontally.
In general, it is mentioned that the moving means can act on the movable protective plate with an active or passive drive. For example, passively by shifting a coupled via a cable with the protective plate weight. For example, active by a coupled via a transmission with the protective plate electric drive. For example, active via a mechanical gas spring connected to the protective plate, etc.
The reliability of the mobile protective wall can be further improved if the frame-engaging first guide elements of the first linear guide are concealed by the first protective plate on the front. This is steadily preventable that due to mechanical, especially ballistic, loads parts of the frame, in particular the frame and th attacking Führungselemen th, splinters are replaced, which represent a security risk. A mobile protective wall with increased security can thus be created.
If the second guide elements of the first straight guide engage the rear of the second protective plate, the above-mentioned advantage with respect to possible splinters can be further ensured and a structurally particularly simple protective wall can be created.
The reliable function of the mobile protective wall can be further improved if the first degree guide has two guide rods fastened to side parts of the frame and guide sleeves which cooperate with these and fasten on the second protection plate. Such is namely the reliable positional displacement of the first protective wall relative to the second protective wall - due to the reduction of the risk of tilting, etc. - is achievable. This is particularly important because it must be ensured that the position shift must be particularly fast.
If the second protective plate has, for each guide rod, two guide bushes cooperating with these, which are arranged at a distance from one another, a particularly reliable protective wall can be created. In particular, the danger of tilting of the guide bushes on the guide rods is thereby avoidable even in the case of a very rapid positional displacement of the first relative to the second protective plate - whereby a particularly reliable function of the protective wall can be ensured even under high mechanical, especially ballistic, load.
If the movement means have a cable pull and a weight, wherein the cable pulls on the second protective plate at one end and on the other at the other end, then a particularly compact mobile protective wall can be created, which in its height can be extended very quickly if required. In addition, the weight ensures a shift of gravity of the protective wall down, causing this stabilizing effect on the protective wall. This is particularly advantageous since the requirement for the protective wall in terms of their stability in the case of a mechanical, especially ballistic, loads in their higher dimensional changes is particularly required. In addition, it is possible to restore the protective wall in a simple manner to its original state - ie to change the position of the second protective wall in the rest position.
The reliability and error-free usability of the protective wall under load can be further increased if it has a second vertical straight guide, which is provided between stationary frame and weight and the weight in the stationary frame leads.
A versatile and expandable mobile protective wall can be created when the first and / or second protective plate on at least one of its sides extend at a distance from each other to a connecting groove for inserting a first and second protective plate of another protective wall. In addition, a gap between two assembled mobile protective walls can thus be made possible.
According to the invention, several mobile protective walls can be assembled to form a protective wall system.
Protrudes a protective wall with its first and second protective plate in the connecting groove of another protective wall, the reliability of a protective wall in conjunction with other protective walls is ensured or can be increased because this u. a. can shoot each other. In addition, a gap can be guaranteed.
In the figures, for example, the subject invention is illustrated in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. 1 shows a rear view of a mobile protective wall according to the invention, and
2 is a plan view of the protective wall according to FIG. 1.
According to Fig. 1, a mobile protective wall 1 is shown. The protective wall 1 comprises a frame 2 with a standing frame 3, and a first ballistic protective plate 4 which is fixed to the frame 2. For this purpose, the frame has a base frame 2.1, which connects the stationary frame 3 and the first ballistic protection plate 4 firmly. The base frame 2.1 can be reinforced by a bottom plate and thus increase the stability of the mobile protective wall 1. The bottom 30, on which the frame 2 loads, is shown in Fig. 1 indicated.
The first ballistic protection plate 4 conceals the standing frame 3 on the front side, as a result of which the standing frame 3 is not exposed to ballistic loads from this side - and among other things also chipping off the frame 2 or the stationary frame 3 can be avoided.
The mobile protective wall 1 also has a second ballistic protective plate 5 which is concealed on the front side by the first protective plate 4. The second protective plate 5 is movably mounted on the stationary frame 3 so that it is vertically displaceable in position relative to the first ballistic protective plate 5. For this purpose, the mobile protective wall 1 has a first vertical straight guide 6, which is rigidly connected to the stationary frame 3, while the second ballistic protective plate 5 is movably mounted along this straight guide 6. In addition, the mobile protective wall 1 comprises moving means 7, by means of which a displacement of the second protective plate 5 from a hidden rest position 8 in one of the first protective plate 4 allows vertically projecting. In the exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the second protective plate 5 has an overlap with the first protective plate 4 in the securing position 9.
The first linear guide 6 also has first guide elements 10 and second guide elements 11, which enable the movable mounting of the second protective plate 5 on the first linear guide 6. The first guide elements 10 grei fen on the frame 3 - and are frontally completely covered by the first protective plate 4, whereby a secure mounting of the second protective plate 5 and subsequently a reliable mobile protective wall 1 are created. The second guide elements 11 of the first linear guide 6 engage the rear of the second protective plate 5 and store it against the first guide elements 10.
Specifically, the guide members 10, 11 of the first linear guide 6 are formed as two guide rods 13 fixed to opposite frame members 12a, 12b of the frame 3 and guide bushes 14 attached to the second protection plate 5. The guide bushes 14 cooperate with the guide rods 13 to allow stable storage of the second guard plate 5. For this purpose, two guide bushes 14 cooperating with the guide bushes 14 are advantageously provided for each guide rod 13, which are provided at a vertical distance from one another on the second protection plate 5. As a result, inter alia, a stress-induced tilting of the guide bushes 14 on the guide rods avoided - and created a particularly viable and resilient straight guide 6 - are.
The moving means 7 of the mobile protective wall 1 have a cable 15 and a weight 16, whereby a structurally simple and particularly rapid displacement of the second protective plate 5 from the hidden rest position 8 in the backup position 9 is made possible. The cable 15 engages with its first end to the second protective plate 5 and with its second end to the weight 16 at. Via a guide roller 17, the second protective plate 5 is thus coupled to the weight 16 by means of a cable 15 - a displacement of the weight 16 thus causes the change of the vertical position of the second protective plate 5. A reliable and stable moving means 7 with a passively actuated by gravity drive results from this. For reliable guidance of the weight 16 in the stationary frame 3, the mobile protective wall 1 also has a second vertical straight guide 18. In the ver-covered rest position 8, the weight 16 is vertically offset upwards - and is in case of need quickly displaced down to bring the second guard plate 5 in the backup position 9. It can be seen from the figure that the weight 16 in the securing position 9 has been displaced down to the frame bottom of the frame 2. Due to the low position of the weight 16, a lower center of gravity for the mobile protective wall 1 sets in - whereby this experiences a significant increase in stability.
As can be seen in detail from the top view in FIG. 2, the mobile protective wall 1 has a connecting groove 19, which is formed by the first protective plate 4 and the second protective plate 5. The connecting groove 19 is designed such that it can accommodate the first and second protective plate 4, 5 another mobile protective wall 1b. For this purpose, the first and second protection plates 4, 5 extend on at least one of their sides at a distance from each other.
FIG. 2 shows a protective wall system 100 with mobile protective walls 1, 1a, 1b, the mobile protective walls respectively projecting into the connecting groove 19 of another protective wall 1, 1a, 1b, in order to create a safe and stable and very particularly gap-free protective wall system 100 ,
Alternatively, it is conceivable that protective walls 1, 1a, 1b are assembled with differently sized protective plate 4, 5, so as to achieve an overlap between the protective walls 1, 1a, 1b and to produce a gap-free protective wall system 100, which has not been shown in detail.
